Revised dates for the first 2 rounds of the DPI Competition

Hi all

As you may be aware, the judge did not turn up at last week’s meeting.  This was down to the judge thinking they were coming on Thursday, for which they profusely apologise. However, Emma has managed to book a new judge for November 29th, replacing the workshop night, so the first round of the DPI will now be on the 8th November (originally booked for the second round) and the second round will be on 29th November.  So for all of you who didn’t get chance to submit your pictures, you now have a bit more time. I hope that makes sense!

This week we have what sounds like a fascinating talk from Stafford Steed, “Berlin Cold War compared with today.”  I for one am looking forward to that.

Brian
